Renowned gastrointestinal sculptress, Ileum McManus, has once again rocked the craft world and we at the MOKS are proud to be able to show you the latest work to emerge from her ground-breaking movement.
Poopy Dog is a study in the delicate balance of color, texture, and digestive prowess. Her liberal use of fiber, both acrylic and dietary, have secured her place in the annals of the art history and kept her regular for years.
What’s next for McManus? She wouldn’t say, but we did notice some prunes and alpaca in her tote bag. We’re hoping she took our hint about needing a draft stopper for the front door of the Mueum’s lobby.
i’m kind of disgusted
I don’t know where to start. The fluffy…is it a tail? the strangling, um, arm? around his um, neck? Or the off centre catchlights in his eyes? Oh wait, that last one might be my own photography techniques overload.
Caro, I think those are tapeworms.
I’m with Sara, it looks like a parasite. eeek
He looks just like my stomach feels this morning.
I read that as “secured her place in the anals of the art history.”
I don’t know…I’m thinking more along the lines of “nightmare from beneath the waters” or “Little mermaid gone very wrong…” or “loch ness puppy doggy” in technicolor of course
It’s like one of the evil aliens from Stephen King’s “Dreamcatcher” that grew inside people’s bodies, only with a cute puppy face.
Dear Stitchy: When I saw this I thought of this: http://www.strangebuttrewe.com/knitGI.htm
So strange!
I say, knitting this took some guts.
I’m just confused by the bow tie.
ROTFL……..yep, looks like elephant boogers to me……..
Stitchy, don’t you mean “anals of art history”? Yeah, sorry ’bout that.
