I actually think this is rather cute, in a nobody-should-ever-wear-that sort of way.
Certainly not hideous, though.
This is what you wear to the Stepford spitball-blowing contest.
They look like Tribbles, and, as usual, they are totally taking over.
I believe it’s some sort of invasive plant – see, she’s standing in front of a trellis (or some other lacy sort of structure that seems to be poking right up her ass), and the vine has surreptitiously grown up and encased her body by attaching itself to her virginal white outfit. She seems to be enjoying it though.
