Congrats to a worthy competitor. Here is my first submission.  Maybe I can be part of an award-winning website after all. 😉

  1. awwww stitchy!

Just write more from this point on, and next year you’ll have it in the (tin can crocheted) bag.

  2. Alice says:

The real reason for not winning was you didn’t pay the entry fee… You cheapskate…

  3. maryse says:

listen to jenny. she sounds like she knows what she’s talking about. alice on the other hand is a dream killer.

  4. April says:

Well, you won in my heart – who are those other guys anyway? It doesn’t matter. You always win with us!

  5. deb says:

Stitchy, the MOKS is a cultural icon! passive-agressive notes is just a record of human attempts to deal with stupidity.

It takes real talent to interpret the hand made garments of yesteryear as you do.

Your time will come. Especially if you happen upon some more of those patterns from the past. And next year I’ll remember to vote.

  6. Mel says:

Stitchy, yours is by far the best website in the universe. Truly.

  7. Aldyth says:

One good thing about Webby, it provided a link to your site.

I am impressed beyond words and moved beyond tears.

You have a gift for pithy phrasing as you cast a jaundiced eye upon fashion of the past. Bless you for brightening up my day!

    As for Webby, Phlbbbbbbbt!

  8. Roni says:

Maybe posting more often would give you a win?

  9. Julie says:

Pure genius! You are the business! This is the hippest site on the whole damn planet (just above Doyle Redland on the Onion). Stitchy M. is mad science right there! Who are those hosers anyway that would vote for the weezers at passive-aggressive notes (possibly only those that produce/receive said notes). Anon sucks acrylic monkey ass!

  10. Christine says:

Your web site is the best bar none. Think of all the turkeys that have won Oscars.
Think of all the tuneless, hopeless No. 1 songs. Think of all the crazy, embarrassing No 1 fashions (like the ‘puffball’ skirt) Trust me you don’t even want to win and be up there with the losers.
